Opening the body, finding spaciousness and ease in the tissues, muscles and fascia sets the stage for the journey inward. Through dedication, sweat and effort, we can find ease and quiet in the mind, and centering in the heart. The practice of yoga goes far beyond flight, although you'll grow wings on the way. Yoga is an opportunity to deepen the most important relationship we have in this lifetime, the one with ourselves.

I discovered yoga in 2005 and completed YogaWorks 200 hr training program in 2009 where I began teaching full time shortly after. In addition to teaching public classes, I have been leading 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2013. As a student pursuing advanced yoga studies is always at the forefront of my yoga. Advanced studies include but are not limited to 50 Hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa with Maty Ezraty, 30 Hours of Anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff, 50 Hours of Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers with Jason Ray Brown, 80 Hours of Bhakti with Raghunath & Prenatal Yoga Training with Bec Conant.
